\\text{CH}_3\\text{COOK} \\rightarrow \\text{CH}_3\\text{COO}^- + \\text{K}^+ \\].<\/p>\n<p>\u918b\u9178\u6839\u79bb\u5b50\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u6c34\u53d1\u751f\u53ef\u9006\u53cd\u5e94\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\\[ \\text{CH}_3\\text{COO}^- + \\text{H}_2\\text{O} \uff08text{CH}_3\\text{COOH}^- + \\text{H}_2\\text{O} + \uff08\u6587{OH}^- \uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53cd\u5e94\u8bf4\u660e\u4e86\u918b\u9178\u6839\u79bb\u5b50\u5982\u4f55\u4ece\u6c34\u5206\u5b50\u4e2d\u63a5\u53d7\u8d28\u5b50\uff08H\u207a\uff09\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u918b\u9178\u548c\u6c22\u6c27\u6839\u79bb\u5b50\uff08OH-\uff09\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u918b\u9178\u94be\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u751f\u6210\u6c22\u6c27\u6839\u79bb\u5b50\u800c\u8868\u73b0\u51fa\u78b1\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8003\u8651\u5230\u918b\u9178\u6839\u79bb\u5b50\u5728\u5f3a\u9178\u5b58\u5728\u4e0b\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5b83\u5219\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5f31\u78b1\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u5f3a\u9178\u4e2d\u63a5\u53d7\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d28\u5b50\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u4e2d\u548c\u5f3a\u9178\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5f53\u5411\u76d0\u9178\uff08HCl\uff09\u6eb6\u6db2\u4e2d\u52a0\u5165\u918b\u9178\u94be\u65f6\uff0c\u918b\u9178\u79bb\u5b50\u4f1a\u4e0e\u9178\u4e2d\u7684\u6c22\u79bb\u5b50\uff08H\u207a\uff09\u53d1\u751f\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u918b\u9178\u548c\u6c34\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\\[ \\text{CH}_3\\text{COO}^- + \\text{HCl} \\text{CH}_3\\text{COOH}^- + \\text{HCl} + \uff08text{Cl}^- \uff09]<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53cd\u5e94\u4e2d\uff0c\u918b\u9178\u6839\u79bb\u5b50\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u5f3a\u9178\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u8d28\u5b50\uff0c\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u78b1\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6eb6\u6db2\u7684\u9178\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u918b\u9178\u94be\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7f13\u51b2\u6eb6\u6db2\u3002\u7f13\u51b2\u6eb6\u6db2\u7531\u5f31\u9178\u548c\u5b83\u7684\u5171\u8f6d\u78b1\uff08\u6216\u5f31\u78b1\u548c\u5b83\u7684\u5171\u8f6d\u9178\uff09\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5f53\u52a0\u5165\u5c11\u91cf\u9178\u6216\u78b1\u65f6\uff0c\u7f13\u51b2\u6eb6\u6db2\u53ef\u4ee5\u62b5\u6297 pH \u503c\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5e2e\u52a9\u7ef4\u6301\u6eb6\u6db2\u7684 pH \u503c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u918b\u9178\u94be\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u7528\u4f5c\u7f13\u51b2\u5242\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b66\u548c\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u4e2d\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u5236\u5907\u7ec6\u80de\u57f9\u517b\u57fa\u3001\u9176\u6d4b\u5b9a\u548c DNA \u63d0\u53d6\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u7f13\u51b2\u6db2\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u918b\u9178\u94be\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u6301\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684 pH
